I kind of extended our spring break into 2 weeks. My son's preschool had spring break the last week of March and my daughter's school had it the first week of April, soooo I decided that my son was just gonna have to miss 2 weeks of preschool cuz there is no way I am letting a precious spring break (only have 8 more left with my daughter before she is 18) pass with having to be tied down to the schedule of preschool.
So our 2 weeks could not have been more perfect.
We started by waking the kids up one morning and "kidnapping" them at 530am and taking them to IHOP in their PJ's. They ask every night when we are going to kidnap them again..LOL

Took my youth students to feed the homeless at a park near by. I really really love watching children become servants of the Lord. It was a really eye opening day for my students and for my self.
Saw my niece on Easter and she somehow is as tall as me??? Not sure when that happened. My daughter has become a crazy reader over these past couple of weeks, I think she read like 4 books over spring break.
If you have made it this far through all my photos, this last one is special. I LOVE how much my 2 Grandma's LOVE seeing each other. They NEVER moved from this spot on Easter. They spent the whole 4 hours they were here, catching up with one another.
LOVE this post! I'm new here... thought I would say hi rather than be a lurker. :) I adore your blog so much already- off to check out some more! Have a fantastic week, sugar! xo
