Homemade Cinnamon Coffee Creamer

I have been totally MIA from blogland. I miss it so much. Summer is just flying by and I am trying to make the most of it, which means blogging comes last. Had to post this real quick so you all could make some for yourself....
I can't afford to buy my most FAV Sbucks drink everyday, the Cinnamon Dolce Latte, and Natural Bliss hasn't made a cinnamon flavor yet so I searched the internet for some all natural coffee creamer recipes and threw this one together, pulling from about 3 different recipes.
Here is what you need to buy, most you will probably already have;
1 cup milk-whatever kind you use, I use RBST free low fat
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract

 In a sauce pan bring to boil; milk, heavy whipping cream, cinnamon, honey and syrup.
Let it boil for 2 mins while continuing to whisk.
Then add the vanilla and almond extract and remove from burner. Whisk again and then strain into a mason jar.

Refrigerate for 24 hours before using.

Hoping Natural Bliss comes up with a cinnamon flavor so I don't have to make this every week.LOL.

Oh ya if you haven't checked out the MASON JAR CRAFT SWAP PARTY that I am co-hosting, hurry up and sign up, it's gonna be so fun.

Gonna link up this recipe to Simple Steps to Healthy Living
